Under his leadership, C-MAC Services has grown into a recognized leader in the construction industry. Dan oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, from strategic planning and sales to managing construction and service projects across the region.

Vice President
Started in the construction industry at just 20 years old, Matt has built his career from the ground up—literally. Over the years, he’s gained hands-on experience in every phase of construction, from the field to the office, learning the value of hard work, precision, and teamwork along the way.
Today, as Vice President of C-MAC, Matt brings that same dedication and drive to every project we take on. His focus is on delivering quality, efficiency, and safety while fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. Licensed Architect with 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, specializing in site planning, conceptual design, presentation graphics, design development, construction documentation, and specifications. Proven ability to successfully collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, construction managers, owner’s representatives, and clients throughout all phases of project delivery.
Andrew has extensive experience presenting projects and coordinating with local authorities, including Design Review Boards, Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, and municipal officials. Skilled in the planning and execution of hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, senior living, large-scale commercial, higher education, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Recognized for strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through construction completion.
Marketing Manager
