Our newest renovation and remodel residential project focused on a historic waterfront home in Quincy, Massachusetts. The goal was to preserve the home’s original architectural charm while introducing thoughtful modern updates to enhance livability and efficiency. Situated by the water, the project required special attention to materials and construction techniques suited for a coastal environment. The result is a seamless blend of historic preservation and contemporary design, reflecting both the character of the home and the needs of modern living.
This project involved the renovation and remodel of the bar and restaurant within the historic Lenox Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. The scope included a complete demolition of the existing restaurant structure, followed by the installation of new high-end finishes, custom millwork, lighting, and updated mechanical systems. Special care was taken to preserve the architectural integrity of the space while incorporating modern design elements and amenities. Coordination with hotel management ensured minimal disruption to operations, elevating the guest experience and enhancing the hotel’s upscale ambiance.
